HOW TO BOOK ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates quoted are per night, room only.
Block Hotel Bookings held by the Event Manager can be booked via the AITD 2027 registration process. This includes bookings for the Hotel Realm, Hotel Kurrajong and Rydges Canberra. Bookings via the Event Managers block bookings are available up until 26 March 2027, after which point they will be closed. We encourage you to book at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.
If you have already registered for the AITD 2027 Conference and wish to add on an accommodation booking (prior to 26 March 2027), please contact the Event Manager at AITD2027@eventstudio.com.au quoting AITD 2027 Accommodation and your requested dates, and our team will advise you of availability on your requested dates and add this onto your registration for you if suitable.
AMMENDING ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS
For bookings made through the Event Manager, please contact Event Studio to advise of any change requests to bookings (prior to 26 March 2027) and refrain from contacting the hotel direct. All changes to accommodation bookings (prior to 26 March 2027) must be written via email to AITD2027@eventstudio.com.au. Please quote AITD 2027 Accommodation in your email.
Only if you have booked and paid directly with a hotel, should you contact them directly.

Room Types Available
Realm Room - $270 per room per night
The Realm Rooms are a statement of elegant luxury and comfort. Every detail has been considered to indulge your senses. For your comfort, our beds are custom-made with fine linens. Each room has complimentary Wifi and Nespresso coffee machines. Guests have complimentary access to wellness facilities. King or twin beds available upon request, for a maximum of two adults.
Realm Suite - $310 per room per night
The Realm Suite is oversized with a balcony and lounge room. Perfect for longer stays with a kitchenette and washer/dryer. For your comfort, our king size beds are custom-made with fine linens. Each room has complimentary Wifi and Nespresso coffee machines. Guests have complimentary access to wellness facilities. King or twin beds available upon request, for a maximum of two adults.
Terms and Conditions for Hotel Realm
Payment Policy:
- Credit card guarantee required to secure booking at point of registration, which will be forwarded by the Event Manager to the hotel 30 days prior to the conference (26 March 2027) for full-payment to be taken by hotel.
- All guests are responsible for paying any remaining balance direct to the hotel upon arrival/departure.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival (any time prior to 26 March 2027) without incurring a cancellation fee.
- Any cancellations made after 30 days (from 26 March 2027 onwards) are subject to full room charges due to hotel cancellation policy (100% of your accommodation booking).
- Non arrivals/no shows will incur a fee equal to 100% of the accommodation not utilized (100% of your accommodation stay).
Other:
- Room rates are for 2 Adults – additional guests charges at $40 per night
- Breakfast available at Ostani located at Hotel Realm from 6:30 – 10:30am at an additional cost
- Check in at 2pm and Check out at 11am
- Undercover parking available for $20 per 24 hours
